He started work in 1993 and has been a clerk in the HR Department of ICBC Shijiazhuang Branch Qiaoxi Sub-branch, a consultation manager of the business department of Galaxy Securities, a researcher in the Research Center, a researcher in the R&D center of Dapeng Securities Co., Ltd., FC Management Department Manager, the general manager of the Brokerage Business Management Department of China National Securities Co., Ltd., the general manager of the Shijiazhuang Business Department and R&D general manager, the assistant manager and R&D general manager of Cinda Securities, etc. From Mar. 2015 to the present, he has been the general manager of Hanfeng Capital Management. From Dec. 2017 to the present, he has been a director of Beijing Hanfeng Joint Technology. From Feb. 2020 to the present, he has been a director of the company’s 6th board of directors.

Zhang Lei born in Dec. 1985, bachelor of finance, accountant. He was once an accountant manager in BOC Hohhot Yuquan Sub-branch and the business director in the Business Department of CEB Hohhot Branch. From Nov. 2012 to Jun. 2017, he was an assistant of the sub-branch director and deputy director of HXB Hohhot Xincheng Sub-branch. From Jul 2017 to Jun. 2018, he was the deputy director of the Investment Bank Department of Inner Mongolia Financial Assets Management Company. From Jul. 2018 to the present, he has been the person in charge of the capital market department of Inner Financial Assets Management Co., Ltd. Han Kun born in Mar. 1958, junior college degree, senior political engineer, blasting engineer. He was once a supervision director, a member of CPC committee and the deputy secretary of discipline inspection committee of Cifeng Honghuagou Gold Mine, the security director of Cifeng Huatai Mine Co., Ltd., the deputy manager of the safety and environmental protection department of Cifeng Jilong Mine Co., Ltd. From Dec. 2012 to the present, he has been the deputy manager of the safety and environmental protection department of Cifeng Jilong Gold Mine Co., Ltd.
